He is a band member of Dear John Letter, a post – progressive rock quintet from the town of Augsburg, Germany.
His solo project Carpet focuses on musical collages – ambient music that incorporates progressive eruptions as well as climactic moments of heart-tearing orchestral explosions. Mercifully low-fi in its approach, yet massive in its effect.
Although sometimes detouring into singer/songwriter – spheres, it continuously meanders through psychedelic layers of a musical warmth that hasn’t been heard for decades.
